During a single session we will look at your past and present wellness history, your current lifestyle choices and together we will come up with a plan. This plan must be easy to integrate into your lifestyle to have lasting effect. 

One of the problem I’ve found is that people commit to actions which are too hard to maintain and then as such they fall back to old ways, getting negligible results or no results at all.

Fad diets and unrealistic exercise programs are the prime examples of this. The 1st of January of each year, millions of people around the world starting dieting or taking out gym memberships with the view of getting fit, slimming down or becoming more healthy in general, only to fail in their attempt in a few weeks or months later.
